At Trupt Agro, we take pride in offering high-quality, natural millets. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

1. Eligibility for Return:

   • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
   • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
   • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return:

   • Email us at [support@truptagro.com] with your order number, product images, and reason for return.
   • Our team will review and approve the return if eligible.
   • Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 days (return shipping cost may be borne by the customer).

Refunds

1. Refund Process:

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.
   • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
   • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.
   • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers.

Replacement Policy

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund.
• The replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
